Summary:
„Designer drugs”mean increased risk for health status of the country inhabitants especially younger people in it in Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg county. The most vulnerable one is the 14-22 youngest age group. These new psychoactive drugs can be got easily from internet and their number continuously rise.
The main purpose of our project is the reduction of designer drugs. Further goals:
- Acquainting damage and destructive effect of drog using between young people living and studying in Nyíregyháza and underprivileged small settlements.
- Resistance formation in young people against drugs. Protecting their mental health, skill development of their self knowledge, stress and conflict management. Facilitat building their inernal self-defense mechanism.
- Healthy lifestyle education. Ensuring social and recreational activities.
- Reduction illegal drog trade with monitoring online advertising spaces, social networking sites and involvement civil society.
- Online „gerillamarketing” for dissemination drog-free alternatives in blogsphere and social networking sites.
- Envolving cooperation with drug prevention institutions, civil organisations, educational institutions and police. Expansioning knowledge of professionals about designer drugs with creating information website and organizing conference.
Our project duration of 12 months and realized with drug prevention proficient professionals.
