Summary:

The goal of the project is to create an equality, informational and fundraising point for chronically ill and disabled children, adults and their families at Miskolc Hospital. At the fundraising point we would like to help personally. We would like to help to obtain social and health assistance, to fill in official forms. There would be possible to copy, get internet access and have professional help. Occasionally we would assure lawyer, psychologist, nutritionist, health professionals. The programs would contain workshops, fundraising campaigns, clothing and term food donating from time to time. We would like to develop our website, to make available for everyone to get information of our campaigns and programs.
In our region the number of low-socialised and Roma communities is extremely high, their financial status is bad. Because of their low-knowledge they cannot have opportunities which could help them to integrate to the society and help their healing. During the hospital staying of chronically ill and disabled people we would like to get contact with their environment and after their healing to help to make easier their integration to normal life. We would like to involve cooperating organizations and volunteers to our programs, and the concerned regions’ schools. In West-European hospitals these complex programs are provided, in our country these are needed. We are doing the same activities since 2005, so the need of this project was based on our experiences.
